Going in to this weekend of play, (Nov.7-8), we knew that the U-10 Storm boys, (led by Coach Mo), would need some help to keep their hopes alive for a Presidio league BU10 AA-B North division title. Well, they held up their end by beating Carlsbad Lightning, (White), 6-1, who, by the way, played very well for being one player down all game, (they had 7). Goals by Brennan Bergin, Jordon Comma, & Thomas Goya sealed the victory for the Storm, while also getting the help they needed by the Oceanside Breakers, who beat Arsenal from Temecula, 3-1. This means that the Storm will clinch a division title by winning their last two games. Oceanside is now in second place with 25 pts. while Arsenal stays at 23 with the loss. Storm is in sole posession of first place with 28 pts. and are still unbeaten with an 8-0-4 record . We are all very proud of your effort this year and hope that you keep it going into the post season!!!
